We are seeking an entrepreneurial Media Planner to join our rapidly growing Media team.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Act as a media expert for assigned clients and Client Service Team, including planning and buying of media
  • Provide marketing expertise, including online and offline strategy development
  • Perform campaign analysis directly relevant to optimization and/or planning and buying decisions
  • Analyze multiple sources of external data to assist in planning and buying decisions
  • Special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • 2-4 media planning experience preferred; 1+ years online experience preferred
  • Experience analyzing data or market research; 1 years required, 2-5 years preferred
  • Experience in dealing with both brand and direct marketing initiatives is critical
  • BA/BS required
  • Ability to understand client goals and how they translate into media strategy
  • Process oriented, with the ability to manage all aspects of a campaign
  • Firm grasp of how to achieve client performance metrics
  • PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Experience using 3rd party ad serving technologies (preferably Atlas)
  • Excellent negotiator
  • Masterful understanding of search engine media environment, including the players and supporting technologies
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills
  • Dedication to client service
  • Business experience, 3 years preferred
