January 15, 2007 - Avenue A | Razorfish made a capital investment in and formed a business alliance with Dentsu Inc.'s digital subsidiary Digital Palette, based in Japan. As part of the agreement, Avenue A | Razorfish holds 19.4% interest ownership making it the second largest shareholder in that company after Dentsu. As of February 1, 2007, Digital Palette will be re-named Dentsu | Avenue A | Razorfish
