Avenue A | Razorfish Promotes Galligan to Experience Director

Austin, TX — May 9, 2008 — Avenue A | RazorfishTM, one of the largest interactive services firms in the world, has promoted Tiffany Galligan to Experience Director in its Austin office. She previously served as User Experience Lead. “Tiffany is a tremendous asset to the agency and is passionate about creating dynamic, interactive digital solutions for our clients,” said Mike Appel, Senior Vice President and General Manager for the 110-person Austin office of Avenue A | Razorfish whose Austin office clients include Dell, AT&T, and JC Penney.

As Experience Director, Galligan leads user experience teams to create interactive digital solutions for clients that bridge the divide between online and real- world experiences. Focusing on user-centered designs processes, she encourages the combination of quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to create sophisticated solutions that meet client and user needs. Galligan has extensive experience in content strategy and creating editorial focused programs for magazine, TV and Fortune 500 companies. Active in the community, Galligan is a member of the Association of Women in Communications and the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA). She also spearheaded the creation of Avenue A | Razorfish’s Austin Care Team, which participates in local volunteer activities and initiated an office pro bono program to develop web solutions for Austin non-profit organizations. Galligan holds a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.
