Independent Research Firm Cites Razorfish as a Leader in Interactive Marketing Agencies – Web Design Capabilities

Razorfish among 18 companies evaluated

SEATTLE, June 8, 2009 – Razorfish, one of the world’s largest digital agencies, today announced that it was cited as a leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Interactive Marketing Agencies — Web Design Capabilities, Q2 2009.”  Razorfish was among 18 companies that Forrester selected to participate in the report, published on June 5, 2009.

Forrester cited Razorfish as a leader in both the transaction-led Web projects category, which evaluates Web usability, and in the image-led projects category, which evaluates how agencies can help organizations build their brand presence online through creativity and differentiation.

Forrester evaluated Razorfish and the other agencies against 18 criteria methods that ranged from client satisfaction to how well agencies support user-centered goals in their Web design.

According to the report, “Razorfish offers a comprehensive set of marketing services that span multiple screens and tend to incorporate social media. The agency returns to the Leaders’ circle on the strength of reference sites that scored well in user experience and exceptionally well in brand experience.  Razorfish also distinguished itself by its ability to gather and utilize deep customer insights.”

Razorfish received its highest scores in the categories of user research, persona application, measurement, collaboration abilities, user experience, brand image experience, market positioning and emerging web technologies.
