Travel Channel asked us to extend their new "Travel Bug" brand campaign into the digital space.
The result was a minisite called "The Travel Bug Treatment Center," an engaging and unusual diagnostic tool. By combining a small amount of science with a generous helping of the absurd, it offered personalized treatment in the form of Travel Channel shows and vacation ideas.
We created awareness of the campaign and drove traffic to the minisite with a TV spot, Facebook Connect integration, banners, re-skinned social networking pages, and a featured promo area on TravelChannel.com.
