I strongly believe that advertisers and brands should not be making people want things but making things that people want. To do this, organizations require transformational thinking, ideas, storytelling, interaction, digital products and utility-driven services if they are to keep the promise they make to their audiences and play a meaningful and indispensable role in their lives.
I joined Razorfish in 2011 and am responsible for the creative leadership of the agency globally. My focus is firmly on the work and on key client business, creative excellence and talent management.
My passion for creativity and innovation has helped lead Razorfish to its most-awarded 12 months ever in 2015, a significant 100 percent increase in wins compared with 2013. Wins included medals from Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio Awards, One Show, LIAA, Art Directors Club and the Webby Awards, along with a number of coveted Agency of the Year titles.
I have had the honor to be recognized amongst my peers, including being named the number 1 digital creative director in the UK by Campaign, being invited as a fellow into the Royal Society of Arts for contributions to digital advertising and most recently, in 2016, being named Influencer of the Year by the global creative industry network Creativepool.
