Razorfish Welcomes Brian Carley as Chief Creative Officer
Carley returns to the agency, ushering in the next era of creative leadership

NEW YORK: October 28, 2025 — Razorfish, the premier connected agency, has hired Brian Carley as its new Chief Creative Officer. This marks a return to Razorfish for Carley, who previously spent five years as the agency’s EVP, Northeast Creative Lead. His most recent role was as Senior Director, Executive Creative Lead at Bose Corporation.

Carley is based in New York reporting to CEO Dani Mariano and will be responsible for delivering creative excellence across Razorfish’s wide range of Fortune 500 clients, spanning key verticals such as financial services, healthcare, and automotive.

Carley is a four-time Ad Age A-List honoree and has been a featured speaker at premier industry events including Cannes Lions, SXSW, and Advertising Week. He has earned over 250 awards for creative and strategic excellence from top shows such as Cannes Lions, One Show, ADC, the Effie Awards, and the Webby Awards. With deep experience leading global campaigns, Carley has shaped work throughout his career for brands like Bose, INFINITI, Cadillac, Lenovo, JetBlue, Mondelez, Verizon, Hallmark, Pfizer, Pantone, American Express, Coca-Cola, and more.
This year, Razorfish’s creative work has earned industry recognition several times, including accolades from the Webby Awards, Shorty Awards, Effie Awards United States, and W3 Awards.
